What does my deposit mean?
Please remember to pay your booking deposit, your appointment is invalid until this has been paid.
We appreciate clients letting us know as soon as possible if they’re no longer able to attend an appointment, as we need plenty of time to book in alternative clients.
The deposit/booking fee is included in the total price of your tattoo and is 100% non-refundable purchase, no exceptions.
This is a $160 booking fee for shorter appointments (half day or less) and a $300 booking fee for full day sessions with Bonnie.
For appointments with Aleka, there is a deposit of $60 for a half day or less, and $120 deposit for full day appointments.
If you need to postpone your appointment, you can transfer your deposit to a new appointment (up to two times only), provided you give at least 4 days notice prior to your scheduled booking AND I can successfully fill the date with a new client/appointment to the same value. Failure to do so leaves me with extra, last minute admin and rescheduling or potentially loss-resulting in the forfeit of your deposit. Simply send me an email if you need to reschedule.
This fee pays for the security of your appointment, administrative time emailing/preparing, as-well as the mental and physical preparation included in creating your tattoo design.
Your deposit is valid for 12months from purchase date as this is a booking fee/deposit in one.
Any vouchers/credit purchased, is valid for 12 months from purchase date and are also 100% non-refundable.
Are you thinking of booking a freehand floral, full day appointment with Bonnie?
Here’s what you need to know!
Upon arrival at Bianco Sabre, you will be greeted and seated in our cosy, lounge like waiting area. (Is the door still locked? Please come back at your scheduled appointment time, as we are only open for booked appointment times). There will be a few treats and magazines to delve in to, after you have read through and signed your consent form.
When Bonnie is ready to give you her complete and full attention-you will be called up to the consultation desk for the initial consult, before we get in to the good stuff!
There you can voice all potentially relevant information and we can discuss size, placement, content ect.
It is NOT a necessity to have all details or final ideas to present, actually the more you leave to her to figure out, the better! Bonnie is most definitely not an artist that can’t help you if you’re not exactly sure what you want, if you like her work-she can just do her thing!
From there, we move on to design time.
Bonnie will then begin to sketch the design on to you and although this is usually not necessary, it is easily adaptable if required. The design is drawn specifically to fit the shapes and curves of your body, there will be no other tattoo like it!
Next-upon approval of the wearer, tattoo time!
From here your job is simple-RELAX and rest. There will be a lunch break, alternatively we can pause for a drink/stretch/toilet break at any time-with absolutely no worries at all!
We have a very relaxed and peaceful approach at Bianco Sabre, the privacy and vibe of Bonnies studio space is has had such great feed back. The day goes by super quick and always feels like a day well spent. It’s such a joy for Bonnie to meet new clients or reconnect with existing clients.
Can I get a tattoo whilst breastfeeding or pregnant?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, unfortunately we can’t book you in.
Your body is already under a lot more pressure then usual during these times, the infection rate is higher/it may be more painful and take longer to heal.. the risk just isn’t worth it!
We care about you and your little babe, time goes fast-don’t worry-we will see you soon!
Can you send me the tattoo design prior to the appointment?
Sorry, unfortunately not! We like to do it this way so the design is fresh in our minds, it is also preferred to discuss things in person if a change is needed. We trust you would have researched your artist and seen examples of our style/work.
Can I use numbing cream?
Sorry, Unfortunately we do NOT tattoo skin with numbing cream on.
If you arrive with numbing cream on, unfortunately we will be unable to proceed with your tattoo! Please come with nothing on your skin.
If you are really set on using it, get in contact and explain your circumstances.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
We like to keep it simple and relaxing in our small workspace, so unfortunately not.
Getting a tattoo is a shared experience between you and your artist, this also allows us to be able to keep focused with minimal distractions and have enough space to move about as we require! This also includes the likes of children and babies-please organise suitable care elsewhere for the duration of your appointment.
Exceptions are made for group bookings.
For special circumstances, get in contact!
How do you price your tattoo work?
Bonnie has a minimum setup rate of $200 and works on an hourly rate of $200 per hour.
Aleka is currently on apprentice rates at a minimum set up rate of $100, and works on an hourly rate of $100 per hour.
Occasionally there may be a set price, at the discretion of the artist (flash designs may be priced per piece etc.)
If Bonnie has any opportunity for you to book in on a weekend or public holiday, this will incur a $100 fee.
Guest spots or any other location besides my private studio, will have their own day rates due to the extra costs and time associated
What if I have changed my tattoo idea?
Self booked appointments with Bonnie
If you have booked an appointment with Bonnie using the self service ‘book now’ button, this booking is not able to be changed to a custom design.
This is because the options provided within this service are Bonnies priority styles, so these options get first pick on dates and completely cut out the middle man chit chat required for custom ideas. If you have changed your mind completely and want a custom tattoo design, you will need to cancel and book another appointment. Booking fees/deposits are non refundable. If you are wanting to make minor changes, and your new idea is still within the self booking service options, this is no worries provided you let Bonnie know at least 5 days before your appointment..
Custom appointments
If you have changed your custom design idea, this is generally not a problem at all (provided the new idea is within our style of work). All we ask is that you us let me know at least 7 days prior to the day of your appointment
Failure to do so means you will need to pay for the extra design time on the day IF there is enough time to do so, according to our schedules. In the event that there isn’t, you will unfortunately need to reschedule and pay a new deposit for your new idea.
On the day of your appointment, there is allocated time to change the size and make small alterations to the design if required.
Bonnie and Aleka will be making sure you’re 100% happy with your tattoo design before we proceed to the next step!
